LINETH GUBALANE

Founder of The Kindred Nomad Project

Lineth is the Founder of the original Kindred Nomad Project in 2010, and, which over the years has become Kindred Nomads Philippines Incorporated, but generally known as “The Kindred Nomads”.

Although Lineth is living in the USA she still has strong links with us and with the children with special needs in Camotes.

AGNES ALCANTARA UY

 

Agnes had only two wishes in her life.  One was to be able to care for her parents, which she has achieved, and two to be given the opportunity to serve others.  Agnes is a lady with a big and generous heart. (Geralyn Oporto)

I am proud to be a KN volunteer (says Agnes). This is one of the prizes we have to be able to give a child a new life.

BILL DYKE

Bill has now taken up residency in Cebu City and is a regular contributor to The Kindred Nomads different missions. He is also very concerned with the children with special needs and helps us with all our current projects.

Jon is retired from a graphic design and printing business and has settled for his retirement in Cebu City, Philippines.  He is one of the founder members of The Kindred Nomads, is Treasurer and is responsible for advertising and publicity for the group.

Paul has designed this website completely in his own time and at no cost to The Kindred Nomads!  He is dedicated to us and this is his way of helping the disadvantaged children in the Cebu region.   Not only did he design the site he also spent many hours tutoring Jon so he could in some small way add information to the site. 

 

JANINA WOHLGEMUTH

Raquel (Kelly) is the wife of Bill Dyke who shares the passion of helping the children with Special Needs and giving back to the Philippines.  Kelly is a PLT and currently teaching at Centron Learning Center.

 

 

 

 

ELLEN CORILLA MANINGO

ADVISOR - SPED School, San Francisco, Camotes

 “The Mother Teresa” of Camotes and adviser to The Kindred Nomads

 M’am Ellen, as we call her is the one who drew the attention of The Kindred Nomads to the sad plight of her Special Students at the SPED school in San Francisco, Camotes.   She spends her entire life helping these Special Children, tirelessly, in order that they may have a better chance in life.
